Shipping is provided through USPS from Astoria, New York. We currently offer shipping to all 54 states, as well as international shipping to Mexico and Canada.

Packaging for shipments is handled in-house.

returns

Returns are acceptable within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with the original packaging and runner bags intact, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received, you will be notified once it has been inspected, and we will notify you if you have been approved or denied for a refund.

Sale items are NOT eligible for refunds.

Exchanges are only available in the case of defective merchandise. Damaged packaging is not eligible as a defect.
